I’m not disputing that the service has been on the disastrous side of appalling for the last few months, but i think the update information in the last comment has been interpreted incorrectly. The due times indicate when the train is scheduled to arrive at the final destination (a total journey of just under 2 hours) and not the length of the delay.

Can someone explain to me the logic in giving annual and monthly season ticket holders the same 10 day’s worth of compensation on future business. If I’d bought a monthly season ticket in November and then an annual one in December, would I be entitled to the compensation of 10 days twice?

I think its really poor that they still cannot deliver a reliable service – despite claiming a full service is running its clear from their own updates that this is not the case –
