Since I moved to Herne Hill, one month ago, I only got the train on time 3 times! Even their staff is confused and stopped apologising and even explaining why the delays and cancellations! There seem to have been a large amount of cancellations over the past weeks. Since going back to work after Xmas I've never had a train on time and if you look at their online website for latest train times its hopelessly out of date by the time you walk 5/10 mins to the station. Most commuters do not travel to the final destination so this makes these stats less meaningful. Also 5 minutes in most people's books is a late train, but apparently this is a European standard that FCC use.
