If this is not a case for FCC to be replaced I dont understand, there must be some impact of the poor way they have managed both the situation with their staff and the very poor way they have communicated to their paying customers.</description>

The MD of FCC will be attending at Tulse Hill station at our request on Tuesday (2 Feb) between 7.30 and 9.30am to address passenger queries complaints and concerns.</description>

Most commuters do not travel to the final destination so this makes these stats less meaningful. Also 5 minutes in most people&#039;s books is a late train, but apparently this is a European standard that FCC use.</description>
